Sunny cozy oasis in charming Palm Springs neighborhood Positive: This delightful corner suite is bright, sunny and cozy with mood-lifting white-and-blue decor a la Mediterranean. This historic hotel converted to condominiums has character and is in a peaceful residential area with restaurants, boutiques, and a bookstore nearby. It’s communicated ahead of time that the common areas are a bit worn pending renovation, but personally I found this made it feel authentic and I enjoyed crossing paths with residents. The suite is a true oasis; as gorgeous as it was outside I had to persuade myself to leave the room in the mornings as it was so pleasant. Well equipped kitchenette so you can enjoy light meals in your room. The building is very secure with valet and check-in attendants as you enter. The nightly rate is fantastic for this area and within a few minute walk are luxurious properties along the beach. Pascale the host was responsive and helpful, providing thorough information before check-in and replying to my messages promptly. All in all a wonderful stay! Negative: Nothing

The air conditioning in the bedroom does not keep the room cold enough to be comfortable as per summer temperature. There is a small portable air conditioning to keep the room cold ...I would suggest to install an air conditioning unit similar to the one that is installed in the living room.Other than the above: the room was as it was published.
