Bijou Terrace Orchid-PALM BEACH

Palm Beach ist zum übernachten nicht so geeignet. Positive: Wir wollten unbedingt eine Nacht in Palm Beach verbringen. Würden uns aber nicht noch mal dafür entscheiden. Die Unterkunft ist mit Liebe vorbereitet für Gäste! Das gesamte Haus ist aber sehr alt. Ein bisschen wie aus einem Thriller. Shining oder so. Die Dachterrasse ist schön! Aber leider nicht so schön möbliert. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden. Negative: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Sehr kleines Bad. Sehr alte Immobilie, die auch nicht saniert wird. Die Dachterrasse ist lieblos möbliert. Für 300€/ Nacht hätte ich mehr erwartet. Aber ok! Ist halt Palm Beach. Der Vermieter hat sich die beste Mühe gegeben! Aber das Gebäude ist einfach zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden hier nicht noch mal buchen. Besser Palm Beach tagsüber besuchen, aber woanders günstiger übernachten. Der Strand in Palm Beach gehört nicht zu den schönsten. Da gefällt uns Delray Beach zum Beispiel besser.

Positive: Close to the airport. Negative: My room supposed to have a small balcony and that was one of the reasons I booked it. The lady called me and said that she is having issues with my room and that I got a bigger room for the same price and free coupon for the bakery next door. I was like that's ok. After I checked in the room was so small and no balcony and nothing like the pictures and the name of the room was orchid suites and this wasn't it. There was someone's hair on the bathroom floor and I had no time to complain or change the room, I was tired. After everything I didn't want to complain and this morning I wanted to have breakfast and leave and she didn't even leave that coupon for me for the bakery. I could care less about 10-15 $ coupon but it felt like I was scammed and lied about everything so I have to write about it. Its not about the money always, please be professional and make people feel right. I came to Palm beach to rest from nyc for two days and one day wasn't great experience

Très agréable Positive: L’hébergement est très propre, très bien équipé, juste à côté d’un supermarché. Quartier calme et agréable. J’ai apprécié que la propriétaire prenne le temps de me contacter afin de savoir si nous étions bien installés et nous avons eu de nombreux conseils sur les choses à visiter aux alentours ainsi que des astuces. Le balcon est très appréciable. La piscine est très agréable. Nous avons été ravis d’avoir des bons pour les petits déjeuners. Je recommande. Negative: La vétusté des parties communes ainsi que l’odeur de l’humidité dans celles-ci. Cela est indépendant de la volonté de la propriétaire mais il est à noter que des travaux sont en cours. L’immeuble a un véritable potentiel.
